1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Zentarixz website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and users, whether you browse articles, use interactive elements such as cookie preference tools, or contact us.

Minimum age: you must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. If you are under 16, a parent or legal guardian must review and consent to these Terms on your behalf, and you may use the Site only under their supervision.

2. Description of the Service

Zentarixz provides informational content about sustainable living and eco-friendly lifestyle ideas. Our content covers topics including recycling tips, eco-friendly homes, energy-saving habits, sustainable routines, green living inspiration, and reusable household products. Content may include articles, checklists, summaries, and educational explanations intended to help you make more informed decisions.

The Site does not provide professional services and does not replace advice from qualified professionals. For example, guidance about home efficiency does not substitute for advice from licensed contractors, electricians, energy advisors, or municipal waste program staff. Your results may vary depending on building type, local regulations, household behavior, and other factors.

3. User Obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You are responsible for ensuring your device and connection are secure and for taking reasonable steps to protect yourself from common online risks.

• Use the Site only for personal, non-commercial informational purposes unless we expressly authorize otherwise in writing.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content or data from the Site using automated tools without our prior written permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover source code or underlying methods beyond what is visible in standard web browsers.
• Do not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with Zentarixz.

If the Site ever offers account creation in the future, you agree to maintain one account per person and keep login credentials confidential. At present, the Site is primarily informational and does not require user accounts for reading content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, design, layout, graphics, icons, logos, and code, is owned by Zentarixz or licensed to Zentarixz and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. “Zentarixz” and associated branding elements are trademarks or trade dress of Zentarixz.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law (for example, fair dealing/fair use where applicable).

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site or its servers, or that violates any law or the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or attempting to overload the Site through excessive requests.
• Hacking, probing, or attempting to bypass security or access non-public areas.
• Fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices, including attempts to collect user credentials.
• Uploading illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that violates privacy or publicity rights.
• Using the Site to promote prohibited or restricted product categories in a way that violates advertising platform rules or applicable law.
• Framing, mirroring, or creating a competing product by copying the Site’s structure or content at scale.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentarixz disclaims all warranties and conditions, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that content will always be complete or up to date. Recycling rules and availability of local programs can change, and home energy outcomes depend on many household and building variables.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentarixz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentarixz’s total direct liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to the lower of: (a) the amount you paid to Zentarixz for access to the Site in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) 100 EUR (or the equivalent amount in Canadian dollars at the time of payment). If you have not paid any amount, this cap applies as 100 EUR equivalent.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zentarixz and its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may reference or discuss third-party services, tools, or platforms as part of educational content. Any third-party websites or services are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party website or service.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, subject to the dispute resolution process below.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us and providing a brief written description of the issue and the relief sought. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receipt of the notice.

If the dispute is not resolved within the 30-day informal resolution period, either party may pursue claims in the courts described in the Governing Law and Jurisdiction section above, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, attempted to compromise site security, or used the Site unlawfully. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

14. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will become effective 14 days after they are posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, you should stop using the Site before the effective date.
